摘要
文中采用纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))与玻璃纤维毡复合材料作为芯材,制备了一种可用于建筑墙体保温的SiO_(2)复合纤维毡真空绝热板(VIP),重点研究了SiO_(2)含量、纤维毡密度、芯材复合方式及芯材成型工艺对VIP结构稳定性、导热系数等性能的影响。最终制得导热系数在0.0046~0.0059W/(m·K),膨胀率在4%~6%,结构稳定性强的真空绝热板。
In this paper,a SiO_(2) composite fiber felt vacuum insulation panel(VIP),which can be used for building wall insulation,was prepared.The effects of SiO_(2) content,fiber mat density,core material compounding method and core material forming process on the structural stability and thermal conductivity of VIP were mainly studied.Finally,the thermal conductivity is between 0.0046 and 0.0059 W/(m·K),the expansion rate is between 4%and 6%,and the vacuum insulation panel with strong structural stability is obtained.
