摘要
为研究工程纤维掺入后对混凝土耐碱性能的影响,文中选择合成纤维进行纤维性能检测,根据工程实际需求着重开展耐碱试验,深入探究规范中用纯水洗净的要求,分析了纤维在原材状态、碱环境洗净状态、碱环境过程未洗净状态下强度的不同。试验表明,纤维在洗净状态下为无色,在未洗净状态下为紫红色,试验细节决定检测结果准确性。同时,碱环境确实对纤维强度有损伤,工程应尽量选用耐碱性能好的产品。
In order to study the influence of engineering fiber addition on the alkali resistance of concrete, this paper selects synthetic fiber for fiber performance testing, focuses on the alkali resistance test according to the actual needs of the project, deeply explores the requirements for cleaning with pure water in the specification, and analyzes the strength difference of fiber in raw material state, alkali environment cleaning state, and alkali environment process uncleaned state. The test shows that the fiber is colorless in the washed state and purple red in the unwashed state. The test details determine the accuracy of the test results. At the same time, the alkali environment does damage the fiber strength, so the project should try to choose products with good alkali resistance.
