建发商务中心基坑支护内支撑施工技术分析

Analysis on Construction Technology of Inner Support in Foundation Pit Support of Jiande Business Center

文中以福州市建发商务中心(二期)工程为例,对钻孔灌注桩、高压旋喷桩、三轴水泥搅拌桩等三种桩型对应的基坑支护施工技术进行分析,以期进一步提升基坑施工质量,为高层建筑项目建设奠定坚实的基础。

This paper takes Fuzhou Jiandai Business Center(Phase II)project as an example,analyzes the inner support construction technology of foundation pit support from three aspects:bored pile,high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile and triaxial cement mixing pile,so as to further improve the quality of foundation pit construction and lay a solid foundation for high rise building project.
