ARC超韧磨耗层是一种实施厚度为1.2~2.0cm的热拌沥青混凝土加铺结构层,成型后的路面具有良好的抗裂、抗渗水、抗滑、耐磨性能。文中结合西安市金光门桥面工程实例,从技术原理、材料要求、施工要点介绍了ARC超韧磨耗层在桥面养护中的应用,检验结果表明,路用性能效果良好,是城市桥面快速养护施工的重要手段。

Arc super tough wearing course is a kind of hot mixed asphalt concrete overlay with a thickness of 1.2~2.0cm. The formed pavement has good crack resistance, water seepage resistance, skid resistance and wear resistance. This paper Combined with the example of Xi’an jinguangmen bridge deck project, the application of arc super tough wearing course in bridge deck maintenance is introduced from the technical principle, material requirements and construction points of arc super tough wearing course. The test results show that the road performance effect is good, which is the development direction of urban bridge deck rapid maintenance construction.
