摘要 基于福州滨海快线城际轨道交通工程施工,文中对大直径盾构空推过大纵坡矿山法隧道期间的施工技术和控制措施进行了深入研究。主要内容包括盾构导台施工、盾构接收、安装反力装置、盾构顶推等施工过程,及其针对盾构空推采用了反力装置穿心棒,并对穿心棒进行抗剪承载力验算和抗弯承载力验算,在此基础上对反力装置进行优化,提高盾构空推的效率性和安全性。该施工工艺为该工程盾构空推过矿山法隧道提供了技术支持,保证盾构空推施工的顺利进行。 Based on the construction of fuzhou Binhai Express intercity rail transit project, the construction technology and control measures of large diameter shield tunneling with large longitudinal slope are deeply studied. Main content including shield guide, shield receiving,installation, construction of the counterforce device, pusher of shield construction process, and its shield empty push counterforce device is adopted to wear mandrel, and the shear bearing capacity and checking calculation of wear mandrel and the flexural bearing capacity calculation, on the basis of optimize the counterforce device, improve the efficiency and safety of shield empty push. The construction technology provides technical support for the shield tunneling through mine and ensures the smooth construction of the shield tunneling.
