现浇正交异形板梁施工技术分析

摘要 目前,现浇正交异形板施工存在受场地限制较多、对模板精度要求过高、横纵梁过厚等客观问题。文中以衢宁铁路屏南站站前路及站前广场工程PPP项目为例,从施工组织布置、支架模板控制、施工方案选择、质量安全保证措施等方面,重点针对现浇正交异形板施工难点解决方案进行了介绍,并总结了其施工关键技术。 At present, there are many objective problems in the construction of cast-in-situ orthogonal special-shaped slab, such as more restrictions on site, too high requirements for formwork accuracy, and too thick cross girders. Taking the PPP project of Zhanqian road and Zhanqian square of Pingnan station of quning railway as an example, this paper focuses on the construction difficulties and solutions of castin-situ orthogonal special-shaped slab from the aspects of construction organization and layout, support and formwork control, construction scheme selection, quality and safety assurance measures, and summarizes its key construction technologies.
