烟台市区老年人抑郁状况及影响因素研究

Study on depression status and influencing factors of the elderly in Yantai urban area

目的探究烟台市区老年人的抑郁状况并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采用老年抑郁量表(GDS)、一般情况问卷、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)和抑郁相关知识知晓问卷,对烟台市区177名老年人进行横断面调查,通过卡方检验、logistic回归筛选老年抑郁的影响因素。结果31.07%的烟台市区老年人存在抑郁症状。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、生理职能、一般健康水平和情感职能与老年抑郁相关;多因素分析结果显示,70岁~年龄段(OR=9.71,95%CI:4.23-22.30)、一般健康水平低(OR=3.02,95%CI:1.42-6.42)是老年人抑郁的危险因素。结论烟台市区老年人抑郁患病率较高,应重点关注处于70岁~年龄段老年人的健康状况。政府、民政部门、医护人员、社区居委会和家庭成员应高度重视老年人的身心健康状况,制定相应的干预体系和干预措施。

Objective To explore the depression status of the elderly in Yantai urban area and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional study of 177 elderly people in Yantai were investigated by the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS),General Questionnaire,Social Support Rate Score(SSRS),the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36),and depression-related knowledge awareness questionnaire.Chi-square test and logistic regression were used to identify the influential factors of depression symptoms.Results 31.07%of the elderly in Yantai urban area had depressive symptoms.Univariate analysis showed that age,physical function,general health level,and emotional function were associated with depression in old age.The results of multivariate analysis indicated that 70-year-old age group(OR=9.71,95%CI:4.23-22.30)and low general health level(OR=3.02,95%CI:1.42-6.42)were the risk factors for depression in the elderly.Conclusion The prevalence of depression symptoms among the elderly in Yantai urban area is high,and attention should be paid to the health status of the elderly in the 70-year-old age group.The government,civil affairs departments,medical personnel,community committees,and family members should pay significant attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly,and formulate relevant intervention systems and measures.
