财务机器人背景下高职会计教育改革

The Reform of Higher Vocational Accounting Education with the Emergence of Financial Robot

伴随信息化技术的发展,财务机器人的出现对会计毕业生的就业形成了新的挑战,结合高等职业院校会计教育的特点与现状,从会计行业未来发展方向出发,为更好应对智能化对会计行业的冲击,在高职院校会计教育的目标、毕业生反馈与用人企业对会计员工的技能需求三个层面,对高职院校职业教育的改革提出了四点建议,分别是灵活学制、丰富教师学术背景、改革教学方法和优化课程结构,以期为高职会计教育改革提供参考。

With the development of information technology,the emergence of financial robots has posed new challenges to the employment of accounting graduates.Based on the characteristics and current situation of accounting education in higher vocational colleges as well as the future development direction of the accounting industry,this paper puts forward four suggestions from three aspects,the goal of accounting education in higher vocational colleges,the feedback of graduates and the skill needs of employers for accounting staff,for the reform of vocational education in higher vocational colleges,including the flexible schooling system,the teachers’academic advancement,teaching reform and curriculum structure optimization,in order to better cope with the impact of intelligence on the accounting industry and provide reference for the reform direction of accounting education in higher vocational colleges.
