摘要 近年来,随着有机硅终端应用越来越广泛,更多研究人员投入到有机硅的开发和应用中,我们课题组主要从事用于LED封装的光电有机硅聚合物开发,在材料开发中需要用到很多硅树脂。硅树脂通常具有极佳的耐候性、耐热性、优良的电绝缘性、阻燃性及憎水性等,但也存在粘接性、固化性及配伍性欠佳等缺点,而通过改性即可获得不同材料之间的优点,具有显著特性优势,然而改性硅树脂因硅原料和其他非硅原料之间的表面能差异,很难进行准确的设计和合成,本文结合本课题组近几年一些经验,整理总结了采用不同有机聚合物改性有机硅树脂的研究进展。 In recent years,with the increasing application of silicone terminals,more and more researchers have invested in the development and application of silicone.Our research group was mainly engaged in the development of optoelectronic silicone polymers for LED packaging,and lots of silicone resins were needed in material development.Silicone resin usually has excellent weather resistance,heat resistance,excellent electrical insulation,flame retardancy and hydrophobicity,but it also has shortcomings such as poor adhesion,curing and compatibility.The advantages of different materials can be obtained through modification,which has significant characteristic advantages.However,due to the difference in surface energy between silicon materials and other non-silicon materials,it was difficult to accurately design and synthesize modified silicone resin.Based on the experience of our research group in recent years,the research progress of silicone resin modified by different organic polymers was summarized.
