摘要
以黄芪为试材,以大黄、半夏根及茎叶三个浓度的水提液为供体,通过生物测定来研究大黄和半夏对黄芪生长发育的化感作用。结果表明:大黄和半夏水提液对黄芪种子萌发和幼苗幼根生长的影响依据供体种类和水提液浓度不同而作用及其强度不同甚至相反。本研究发现大黄和半夏对黄芪均存在化感作用。其中,大黄根茎水提液对黄芪种子萌发均起到促进作用,而对幼苗和幼根则体现出低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的特点。半夏根茎提取液对黄芪种子萌发总体上呈现低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的特征,而对幼苗以及幼根生长,总体上均起抑制作用。大黄和半夏水提液对黄芪化感作用随浓度的减低而逐渐降低。这说明黄芪与大黄连作效果好,半夏和黄芪育种与连作效果比较差。
Astragalus membranaceus was used as the test material,and three concentrations of Rhubarb and Pinelliae Rhizoma root and stem/leaves extracts were used to study the allelopathic effects of Rhubarb and Pinelliae Rhizoma on the growth and development of Astragalus membranaceus.The results showed that the effects of the Rhubarb and Pinelliae Rhizoma on the seeds germination and the growth of seedlings and roots of Astragalus membranaceus were different and even opposite,depending on the donor species and the concentration of the aqueous solution.It was found that both Rhubarb and Pinelliae Rhizoma had the allelopathic effect on Astragalus membranaceus.The rhizome extract of Rhubarb promoted the seed germination,while the seedlings were promoted at low concentrations and inhibited at high concentrations.The rhizome extracts of Pinelliae Rhizoma showed an overall promotion at low concentrations and inhibition at high concentrations on the seed germination of Astragalus,while the growth of seedlings and roots was generally inhibited.The allelopathic effect of the aqueous extracts of Rhubarb and Pinelliae Rhizoma on Astragalus was gradually reduced with the decreasing concentration.This suggested that Astragalus membranaceus and Rhubarb were effective in a continuous crop,while Pinelliae Rhizoma and Astragalus were less effective in a breeding and continuous crop.
