一例层状锌配合物的合成与晶体结构

摘要 采用水热合成法,将醋酸锌和有机磷酸配体进行自组装,得到二维层状化合物Zn(5-pncH)(H_(2)O)(1)。通过X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱分析表征了配合物的晶体结构。分析结果显示:该配合物结晶于单斜晶系,P2_(1)/c空间群,a=21.0511(5)Å,b=10.1879(11)Å,c=7.94590(10)Å,α=90°,β=100.477(2)°,γ=90°。配合物显示为二维层状结构。层内金属锌离子通过O-P-O连接成八元环,相邻的环之间通过氧原子连接,在bc面上形成二维无机层。萘环悬挂于无机层的两侧。层与层之间通过氢键和范德华作用力连接成三维超分子网络骨架。 Two dimensional layered compound Zn(5-pncH)(H_(2)O)(1)was obtained by self-assembly of zinc acetate and organic phosphate ligands by hydrothermal synthesis.The crystal structure of the complex was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction,elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic system,P2_(1)/c space group,a=21.0511(5)Å,b=10.1879(11)Å,c=7.94590(10)Å,α=90°,β=100.477(2)°,γ=90°.The complex showed a two-dimensional layered structure.The metal zinc ions in the layer were connected into eight membered rings through O-P-O,and the adjacent rings were connected through oxygen atoms to form a two-dimensional inorganic layer on the bc.The naphthalene ring was suspended on both sides of the inorganic layer.The layers were connected into a three-dimensional supramolecular network by hydrogen bond and van der Waals force.
