摘要
建立筛查苯磺酸表面活性剂的荧光免疫检测卡;以对磺基苯甲酸合成免疫抗原,免疫家兔获得针对苯磺酸基团的多克隆抗体,纯化后标记量子点荧光微球;以对氨基苯磺酸合成检测抗原,构建荧光免疫层析卡(FIAC)。在酶免疫分析中对十二烷基苯磺酸钠的IC_(50)值为55.2 ng/mL,优化的FIAC对十二烷基苯磺酸钠的检测限为100 ng/mL。本方法灵敏、特异、简便,是筛查餐具中残留烷基苯磺酸表面活性剂的有效工具。
Aiming to develop a fluorescent immunochromatographic assay(FICA)for screening residual surfactants of benzenesulfonic acid,P-sulfobenzoic acid was employed to synthesize immune antigen,rabbits were immunized to obtain polyclonal antibodies against benzenesulfonic acid group,quantum dots(150 nm)were labeled with purified antibodies for fluorescent probe,P-aminobenzenesulfonic acid was applied for preparation of testing antigen for immunossays.The IC_(50) value of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in the ELISA system was 55.2 ng/mL,and the detection limit of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in the optimized FIAC strip was 100 ng/mL.The current FIAC is an effective tool for screening residual surfactants of benzenesulfonic acid in tableware,due to being sensitive,specific,and simple.
