摘要
探究采用比色法测定橡胶制品中初级芳香胺含量的可行性。用食物模拟液(3%醋酸,70℃2 h)萃取出初级芳香胺,模拟液中的初级芳香胺经盐酸酸化发生重氮化反应,与显色剂N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺二盐酸盐耦合,显示为紫色。显色溶液经固相萃取柱浓缩后采用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)分析芳香胺的含量。线性相关性均达到0.998以上,且回收率和相对标准偏差,检出限都符合要求,分析测定的灵敏度高。
To explore the feasibility of determining the content of primary aromatic amines in rubber products by colorimetry,the primary aromatic amines were extracted with food simulation solution(3%acetic acid,70℃for 2 h).The primary aromatic amines in the simulation solution were acidified with hydrochloric acid to produce diazotization reaction,which was coupled with chromogenic agent n-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine dihydrochloride and showed purple.After the chromogenic solution was concentrated by solid phase extraction column,the content of aromatic amines was analyzed by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis).The linear correlation was above 0.998,and the recovery,relative standard deviation and detection limit met the requirements.The sensitivity of analysis and determination was high.
