摘要
通过对公司空分系统及储罐重大危险源辨识,液氧储罐为三级重大危险源,危险度等级为Ⅱ级;对液氧储罐事故后果模拟,计算出液氧储罐泄漏发生物理爆炸事故死亡半径、重伤半径和轻伤半径分别为22.75 m、60.51 m、108.67 m。储罐若发生意外泄露,形成富氧环境,对周围设备设施及人员安全有较大影响,模拟结果为公司应急反应提供决策参考。
Through the identification of major risk sources of the company s air separation system and storage tank,the liquid oxygen storage tank was the third-level major risk source,and the risk grade wasⅡ.The death radius,serious injury radius and light injury radius were 22.75 m,60.51 m and 108.67 m,respectively,by simulating the accident consequence of liquid oxygen tank leakage.In case of accidental leakage of storage tanks,oxygen-rich environment will be formed,which will have a great impact on the safety of surrounding equipment,facilities and personnel.The reference of simulation results was provided for the company s emergency response.
