摘要
以轻烃综合利用项目精馏塔基于泄放优化目的进行了控制方案优化。在不改变工艺流程和设备选型设计的前提下,以该工艺单点最大泄放点所在精馏塔为研究对象,通过改变塔压控制方式、引入HIPPS控制逻辑动作,并加入塔釜汽液相负荷、塔顶露点监测两DCS计算模块,以极小的成本实现了单点泄放量的消减,并促进了装置的稳定操作和故障早期预警纠偏,取得了预期效果,获得了成功应用。
The control scheme was optimized for the distillation column of a Light Ends Utilization Project targeting to decrease unit relief rate.Without changing the process flow and equipment selection and design,the column single point maximum relief rate mitigation approach was analyzed.With optimized column pressure control approach and utilization of HIPPS,together with two DCS calculation modules for column bottom V/L and overhead dew point online monitoring,relief rate was largely reduced with limited cost.The optimization efforts also promoted stable operation of the unit and early warning with correction.The expected target has been achieved and successfully applied.
