“过程式学习”培养化工大学生创新能力

摘要 培养大学生创新能力是高等学校教育的主要目标之一。在综合分析目前化工专业大学生创新能力培养现状的基础上,提出基于化工科研的“过程式学习”培养方案。按照化工科研的选题、实验、分析、综合等基本过程,针对每一阶段特点,建立相应教育方式和培养方法。利用“过程式”学习,可以有步骤、有目标的培养大学生创新能力。针对方案实施中存在的问题,提出解决途径,从而使大学生更积极主动参与科研活动,在实践中提升创新能力。 Building the creativity of college students is one of the main objects of higher education.Based on comprehensive analysis of the current creativity training situation for college student majoring in Chemical Engineering,a training plan about“Process-Focus Approach”to scientific and technology development of chemical engineering was proposed.Following the basic procedure of“subject selection”,“experimental”,“data analysis”,“synthesis”in scientific researches,the corresponding education modes and training methods were established.With the“Process-Focus Approach”,the creativity training for college students could be accomplished on purpose step-by-step.Some problems emerged in which calls for strengthening of administration and perfection of training plans.With the proposed solution and pathways,college students shall actively participate in scientific research activities,and then enhance their creativity ability in practice.
