摘要
为了解知识链成员的战略差异对成员间的知识协同效果的影响,基于协同学原理,以目标协同、利益协同、资源协同、组织结构协同为战略协同的前置变量,构建基于战略协同的知识协同过程模型,探究战略协同与知识协同的内在联系并运用结构方程进行实证检验。研究发现,知识链战略协同以目标协同、利益协同、资源协同、组织结构协同为前置变量,平衡知识链各主体间的战略差异,促进知识链知识协同的实现。
In order to understand the influence of the strategic differences of the members of the knowledge chain on the knowledge synergy effect among members, based on the principle of synergy, taking goal synergy, benefit synergy,resource synergy, and organizational structure synergy as the pre-variables of strategic synergy, this research constructs a knowledge synergy process model based on strategic synergy, explores the inner link between strategic synergy and knowledge synergy, and uses structural equations to conduct empirical tests. It is found that the strategic synergy of the knowledge chain takes goal synergy, interest synergy, resource synergy, and organizational structure synergy as prevariables to balance the strategic differences among subjects of the knowledge chain and promote the realization of knowledge synergy in the knowledge chain.
