摘要
随着国家对环保工作的要求越来越严格,丙烯腈装置含硫废水焚烧后尾气脱硫技术成为尾气是否能达标排放的关键环节。介绍了一种干法脱硫技术在吉林石化公司丙烯腈厂废水焚烧装置上的首次实践探索和应用,这也是该技术在世界上首次与PCC公司焚烧技术结合。详细叙述了该干法脱硫技术在装置实际应用过程中存在的问题。目前所有问题均得到了解决,废水焚烧装置运行稳定,为该干法脱硫技术在丙烯腈行业其他装置上的应用及推广提供了有力支撑。
As the continuous stringent of national requirements to environmental protection,the desulfurization technology after the incineration of sulfur-containing wastewater from the acrylonitrile plant has become a key link in whether the exhaust gas can meet the emission standards.This article introduces the first exploration and application of dry desulfurization in the wastewater incineration unit of the Acrylonitrile Plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company.It is also the first combination of this technology with the incineration technology of PCC in the world.The article also described in detail the problems of the dry desulfurization technology in the actual application process of the device.At present,all the problems have been solved,and the wastewater incineration plant is operating stably,which provides strong support for the application and promotion of the dry desulfurization technology in other plants in the acrylonitrile industry.
