冬瓜籽油的提取工艺研究

摘要 利用不同酶提取冬瓜籽油,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取条件。结果表明:中性蛋白酶提取冬瓜籽油的最佳工艺条件为酶解温度50℃、酶解时间1.5 h、酶质量分数2.0%、pH 7.0,此时冬瓜籽油得率为25.15%;纤维素酶提取冬瓜籽油的最佳工艺条件为酶解温度50℃、酶解时间2.0 h、酶质量分数2.5%、pH 5.0,此时冬瓜籽油得率为20.68%,中性蛋白酶水酶法提取冬瓜籽油效果更好。 Different enzymes were used to extract wax gourd seed oil,and the extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting wax gourd seed oil with neutral protease were hydrolysis temperature 50℃,hydrolysis time 1.5 h,enzyme mass fraction 2.0%and pH 7.0.At this time,the yield of wax gourd seed oil was 25.15%.The optimum conditions of extracting wax gourd seed oil by cellulase were hydrolysis temperature 50℃,hydrolysis time 2 h,enzyme mass fraction 2.5%and pH 5.0.At this time,the yield of wax gourd seed oil was 20.68%.The effect of extracting wax gourd seed oil with neutral protease was better.
