摘要
变速箱齿轮设计参数优化、振动噪声分析极为耗时,针对这些问题,提出了一种基于改进组合Kriging模型的变速箱噪声优化方法,即变速箱的多目标优化设计模型。首先,建立了变速器振动噪声分析边界元模型,完成了不同设计参数下变速箱振动噪声声压等级计算;然后,基于变速器振动噪声分析边界模型,引入Kriging(KG)模型,建立了变速箱振动噪声声压等级代理模型,提高了齿轮振动噪声分析耗时的效率;建立了全局精度和局部精度的组合KG模型,构建了基于该组合KG模型的变速箱振动噪声声压等级代理模型,提高了KG模型的拟合精度;最后,以传动误差和声压等级为优化目标,以声压等级组合KG模型为优化目标函数,对变速箱齿轮参数进行了优化;将基于改进组合KG模型的优化结果与传统方法获得的优化结果进行了比对。研究结果表明:该方法能够降低变速箱振动噪声,而且可以将变速箱噪声优化耗时降低68.2%。
Aiming at the problem of gear design parameters and time-consuming gear vibration analysis,a noise optimization method of gearbox based on the combined Kriging(KG)model was proposed,that was,the multi-objective optimization design model of the transmission.Firstly,the boundary element model of variable speed vibration and noise analysis of gearbox was established,to calculate the vibration and noise sound pressure level of gearbox under different design parameters.Then,based on the boundary element model,the Kriging(KG)model was introduced to establish the gearbox vibration and noise sound pressure level proxy model to improve the efficiency of gear vibration and noise analysis.And a combined KG model with global accuracy and local accuracy was established,and the gearbox vibration and noise sound pressure level agent model based on the combined KG model was constructed to improve the fitting accuracy of the KG model.Finally,taking the gearbox error and sound pressure level as the optimization objective and the combined KG model of sound pressure level as the optimization objective function,the gearbox gear parameters were optimized.The optimization results were verified by the corresponding results obtained by the traditional method.The results show that this method can reduce the noise of gearbox,and the time-consuming of gearbox noise optimization is reduced 68.2%too.
