降低乙炔洗涤冷却塔压差的措施

摘要 针对干法乙炔发生装置洗涤冷却塔进出口压差大的问题,通过更换分布器喷头为雾化喷嘴、增加集液盘降液管、取消洗涤塔填料,有效降低了洗涤冷却塔内部升气阻力及塔进出口压差,使发生器产能得到进一步释放。 Aiming at the problem of large pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the washing and cooling tower in dry acetylene generation facility,through replacing the distributor nozzles with spraying nozzles,adding downcomers in the liquid collecting trays,and canceling the fillers in the washing towers,the internal gas lift resistance in the washing and cooling towers was effectively reduced,the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the washing and cooling tower was reduced,and thecapacityofacetylenegeneratorwas further released.
