Sysmex XN-3000血液分析仪检测外周血有核红细胞的临床价值

Clinical Value of Sysmex XN-3000 Hematology Analyzer in Detecting Nucleated Erythrocytes in Peripheral Blood

目的:探究Sysmex XN-3000血液分析仪检测外周血有核红细胞的临床价值。方法:选取医院2021年1月~2021年12月收治的85例患者作为研究对象,血液标本均使用Sysmex XN-3000血液分析仪检测外周血有核红细胞(NRBC),并以显微镜检查法作为检验金标准,用于观察两种检验方法的检验情况。结果:①Sysmex XN-3000血液分析仪检测NRBC结果中,发现高值、中值、低值其标本中有核红细胞百分比数量逐渐降低,且低值变异系数逐渐增加;②Sysmex XN-3000血液分析仪检测有核红细胞敏感性为98.55%(68/69);特异性为93.75%(15/16),假阳性率为1.45%(1/69),假阴性率为6.25%(1/16);③利用XN-3000血液分析仪检测NRBC与显微镜镜检下有核红细胞百分数计数相关性进行比较,其相关性为r^(2)=0.866,进行配对t检验,不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:相较于显微镜镜检,Sysmex XN-3000血液分析仪对于外周血有核红细胞检验具有较高的灵敏度,特异度以及准确性,而且操作简单,具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Sysmex XN-3000 hematology analyzer in detecting nucleated erythrocytes in peripheral blood.Methods:85 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Blood samples were collected and tested for peripheral blood nucleated red blood cells(NRBC)with Sysmex XN-3000 blood analyzer.Microscopic examination was used as the gold standard to observe the inspection of the two methods.Results:①In the results of NRBC detected by Sysmex XN-3000 hematology analyzer,it was found that the percentage of nucleated red blood cells in samples with high value,medium value and low value gradually decreased,and the coefficient of variation of low value gradually increased;②The sensitivity of Sysmex XN-3000 hematology analyzer to detect nucleated red blood cells was 98.55%(68/69);The specificity was 93.75%(15/16),the false positive rate was 1.45%(1/69),and the false negative rate was 6.25%(1/16);③The correlation between NRBC detected by XN-3000 blood analyzer and nucleated red blood cell count under microscope was compared,and the correlation was r2=0.866.Paired t-test showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with microscopic examination,Sysmex XN-3000 hematology analyzer has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for the examination of peripheral blood nucleated red blood cells.It is simple to operate and has higher clinical value.
