微创拔牙器械联合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法对下颌低位阻生智齿张口受限度及并发症分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析微创拔牙器械与高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法治疗下颌低位阻生智齿患者张口受限度及并发症情况。方法:选取本院收治的100例下颌低位阻生智齿患者,依照随机数表的方法分为两组,对照组50例运用传统拔牙器械拔牙,观察组运用微创拔牙器械联合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙,比较两组手术效果(张口受限度、拔牙完整性、手术时间)及并发症情况。结果:治疗后,观察组手术时间、拔牙完整性、张口受限度以及术后VAS评分(2.37±0.86)分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05);且观察组患者生活质量(91.36±3.61)分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:下颌低位阻生智齿患者应用微创拔牙器械与高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法治疗效果更显著,可改善其张口受限度,并有效降低患者并发症发生,提高其生活质量。 Objective:To analyze the limitation and complications of minimally invasive extraction instruments combined with high-speed turbine drill in the treatment of mandibular low impacted wisdom teeth.Methods:100 cases of mandibular low impacted wisdom teeth in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.50 cases in the control group were extracted with traditional extraction instruments,while the observation group were extracted with minimally invasive extraction instruments combined with high-speed turbine drill.The operation effects(mouth opening limitation,extraction integrity,operation time)and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the operation time,tooth extraction integrity,mouth opening limitation and postoperative VAS score(2.37±0.86)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was(91.36±3.61)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive extraction instrument combined with high-speed turbine drill is effective in the treatment of lower impacted wisdom teeth,which can relieve the limitation of mouth opening and reduce the complications.
