鼻内镜下低温等离子切除术治疗腺样体肥大患儿的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Low Temperature Plasma Resection Under Nasal Endoscope on Children with Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的:研究腺样体肥大(AH)患儿应用鼻内镜下低温等离子切除术治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2022年6月收治的40例AH患儿,按随机数字表法分组,对照组(20例)行鼻内镜下腺样体吸切术治疗,治疗组(20例)行鼻内镜下低温等离子切除术治疗,对比两组围术期指标、并发症及疼痛度评分。结果:治疗组手术时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间较对照组更短,术中出血量较对照组更少(P<0.05);治疗组术后1d、术后3d及术后5dVAS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗组5.00%并发症发生率较对照组的40.00%更低(P<0.05)。结论:腺样体肥大患儿应用鼻内镜下低温等离子切除术治疗,可减轻术后疼痛度,有利于减少并发症,缩短恢复时间,并减少出血量。

Objective:To study the effect of low temperature plasma resection under nasal endoscope in children with adenoid hypertrophy(AH).Methods:40 children with AH admitted from January 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(20 cases)received adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope,and the treatment group(20 cases)received low-temperature plasma resection under nasal endoscope.Perioperative indexes,complications and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,diet recovery time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 1 day,3 days and 5 days after operation(P<0.05);The complication rate of 5.00%in the treatment group was lower than that of 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma resection under nasal endoscope can reduce postoperative pain,reduce complications,shorten recovery time and reduce bleeding in children with adenoid hypertrophy.
