睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征筛查中动态心电图推导呼吸曲线技术的应用效果

摘要 目的:本文通过数据分析与统计的方式探讨睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)筛查中不同监测方案的应用效果情况。方法:选取医院2020年9月~2022年8月所收治的60例疑似SAHS患者作为对象,对比多导睡眠检测与动态心电图推导呼吸曲线技术的应用价值。结果:在本研究中,对于所选取的疑似患者进行监测后,两种检查的结果具有高度一致性,并不存在显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:SAHS筛查中动态心电图推导呼吸曲线技术的应用效果较好,准确度与特异度、灵敏度较高。 Objective:This article discusses the application effect of different monitoring schemes in the screening of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS)by means of data analysis and statistics.Methods:A total of 60 patients with suspected SAHS admitted in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects to compare the application value of polysomnography detection and dynamic electrocardiogram deriving breathing curve technology.Results:In this study,after monitoring the selected suspected patients,the results of the two tests were highly consistent,and there was no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of dynamic electrocardiogram deriving breathing curve technology in SAHS screening is good,with high accuracy,specificity and sensitivity.
