探讨磁共振动态增强联合扩散加权成像在卵巢肿瘤诊断及复发评估中的应用价值

To Explore the Value of Dynamic Enhancement Combined Diffusion Weighted Imaging in the Diagnosis and Recurrence Evaluation of Ovarian Tumors

目的:观察探讨磁共振动态增强联合扩散加权成像(DWI)在卵巢肿瘤临床诊断及复发评估中的应用价值。方法:将2019年1月~2021年12月本院收治的以卵巢肿瘤为诊断的72例患者,先接受磁共振动态增强扫描联合扩散加权成像(设为增强组),后接受磁共振常规增强扫描联合扩散加权成像(设为常规组),并以病理学诊断为最终的“金标准”。比较两种不同检查手段中针对肿瘤良、恶性的诊断价值,并对患者进行6个月的随访,统计复发情况,分析两种检查方式对于复发的诊断价值。结果:增强组检查手段中获得的对于良性、恶性诊断的总符合率高于常规组检查手段(P<0.05)。增强组检查手段中16例复发的对于良性、恶性诊断的总符合率高于常规组检查手段(P<0.05)。结论:在卵巢肿瘤临床诊断及复发评估中,应用磁共振动态增强联合扩散加权成像(DWI)检查手段,可显著提升诊断准确率,效果较为理想。

Objective:To observe and explore the application value analysis of magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement combined with diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in the clinical diagnosis and recurrence evaluation of ovarian tumor.Methods:72 patients with ovarian tumors diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were first treated with dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance scanning combined with diffusion weighted imaging(set as enhancement group),then with conventional enhanced magnetic resonance scanning combined with diffusion weighted imaging(set as conventional group),and the final“gold standard”was pathological diagnosis.To compare the diagnostic value of two different examination methods for benign and malignant tumors,and to follow up the patients for 6 months,to count the recurrence,and to analyze the diagnostic value of the two examination methods for recurrence.Results:The total compliance rate for benign and malignant diagnosis obtained in the enhancement group was higher than that of the conventional group group(P<0.05).The total coincidence rate for benign and malignant diagnosis was higher among the 16 cases of recurrence patients in the enhancement group examination method than that in the conventional group examination method(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis and recurrence evaluation of ovarian tumor,the application of magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement combined diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)examination can significantly improve the diagnosis accuracy,and the effect is relatively ideal.
