心电监护仪在心血管危重患者中监测血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Monitoring Blood Pressure with ECG Monitor in Critical Cardiovascular Patients

目的:探析在心血管危重患者中采用心电监护仪对其血压监测的临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月~2020年8月本院收治的心血管危重患者90例,进行患者统一编号后随机将90例患者均分为常规组和实验组,分别给予常规血压监测和心电监护仪血压监测,各45例,以对比的方式探析两组患者临床血压的监测效果。结果:实验组24h内的舒张压、收缩压以及舒张总负荷和收缩总负荷相比常规组指标监测效果较好,P<0.05;且常规组中家属满意度占比75.56%(35/45),实验组中家属满意度占比95.56%(43/45),两组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。实验组监测方案的应用质量评分更高,其数据于组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:心电监护仪在心血管危重患者中对于血压的监测效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ecg monitor on blood pressure monitoring in critical cardiovascular patients.Methods:Selection in August 2018 to August 2020,90 cases of our hospital cardiovascular critically ill patients,for patients with uniform number after the 90 patients were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group,were given routine monitoring blood pressure and ecg monitor blood pressure monitoring,the 45 cases,by way of contrast analysis of two groups of patients with clinical blood pressure monitoring.Results:The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and total diastolic and systolic blood pressure within 24h in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of family members accounted for 75.56%(35/45)in the conventional group,and 95.56%(43/45)in the experimental group,compared with the two groups(P<0.05).The applied quality score of the monitoring program in the study group was higher,and the data were significantly different among the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:ECG monitor is effective in monitoring blood pressure in critical cardiovascular patients.
