中频脉冲治疗仪对脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Rehabilitation Treatment of Stroke Hemiplegia with Intermediate Frequency Pulse Therapy Instrument

目的:探析中频脉冲治疗仪在脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:随机抽选在本院治疗的90例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)分别实施常规康复治疗与中频脉冲治疗仪治疗,对治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:治疗总有效率方面,观察组(95.56%)比对照组(80.00%)高,差异显著(P<0.05);神经功能缺损评分方面,两组治疗前差异较小(P>0.05),治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。步行评分及运动评分方面,治疗前两组比较差异较小(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均比对照组高,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:中频脉冲治疗仪在脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中应用效果明显,不仅能够改善神经缺损状况,而且可以促进治疗效果的提高,改善运动功能。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of intermediate frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus in rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 90 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)to receive conventional,and the therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),with significant difference(P<0.05).There was little difference between the two groups in neurological deficit score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group was lower and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In terms of walking score and exercise score,there was little difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:If pulse therapy instrument is effective in the rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegia,which can not only improve the nerve defect,but also promote the therapeutic effect and improve the motor function.
