8S管理模式在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理中的价值

The Value of 8S Management Mode in the Management of External Medical Devices in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:探讨8S管理模式在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理中的价值。方法:从2017年12月开始,本院消毒供应中心实施8S管理下的外来医疗器械管理,2018年12月~2019年12月对外来器械手术826例,实施8S管理,设定为观察组;将2017年12月~2018年11月外来器械手术794例,实施基础管理,设定为对照组。将两组结果进行统计比较。结果:观察组目测优秀率98.06%、镜检合格率93.22%、蛋白质检测优秀率90.56%、术后返回清洗质量96.37%均高于对照组(88.41%、76.07%、66.25%、83.88%),湿包0.24%低于对照组的2.02%,组间具有差异性(P<0.05);观察组自我评价、满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理中,实施8S管理模式,可显著提升设备清洗质量,保证术后可返回清洗,并降低湿包发生率,从而达到管理价值。

Objective:To explore the value of 8S management mode in the management of external medical devices in disinfection supply center.Methods:Since December 2017,the disinfection and supply center of our hospital has implemented the management of external medical devices under 8S management.826 cases of external medical devices were operated from December 2018 to December 2019,and 8S management was implemented,which was set as the observation group;794 cases of surgery with foreign instruments from December 2017 to November 2018 were treated with basic management and set as the control group.The results of the two groups were statistically compared.Results:The excellent rate of visual examination,the qualified rate of microscopic examination,the excellent rate of protein examination and the quality of returned cleaning in the observation group were 98.06%,93.22%,90.56%and 96.37%,which were higher than those in the control group(88.41%,76.07%,66.25%and 83.88%),and the wet bag was 0.24%lower than 2.02%in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of self-evaluation and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of external medical devices in the disinfection supply center,the implementation of 8S management mode can significantly improve the equipment cleaning quality,ensure the return cleaning after operation,and reduce the incidence of wet bags,so as to achieve the management value.
