品管圈活动用在提高护士心电监护仪设置正确率中的作用

The Role of Quality Control Circle Activities in Improving the Accuracy of Nurses’ECG Monitor Settings

目的:研究品管圈活动用于提高护士心电监护仪设置正确率中的作用。方法:选取本院2019年2月~2020年2月56例护士作为本次研究对象,分析品管圈活动前后的心电监护仪设置正确率。结果:品管圈活动实施后,其理论考核评分以及操作考核评分(87.61±3.25)分、(93.23±3.34)分均优于活动前(77.54±3.27)分、(85.03±3.32)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动实行后的心电监护仪设置正确率为96.43%,明显高于品管圈活动实施前的78.57%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动实行后的心电监护仪有效报警率为63.77%,明显高于品管圈活动实施前的24.84%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动可以进一步提高护士的理论以及操作考核评分,能够使护士的管理能力以及专业水平得到强化,进而提高护士对心电监护仪设置正确率,能够充分发挥心电监护仪的作用,对于提高工作质量和工作效率以及提高护士的自身责任感都是非常重要的。

Objective:To study the role of quality control circle activities in improving the accuracy of nurses’ECG monitor settings.Methods:Fifty-six nurses in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study,and the accuracy of the setting of the ECG monitor before and after the quality control circle activity was analyzed.Results:After the implementation of the quality control circle activity,the theoretical evaluation score and the operational evaluation score(87.61±3.25)(93.23±3.34)were better than those before the activity(77.54±3.27)(85.03±3.32),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The correct rate of ECG monitor setting after the quality control circle activity was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than the 78.57%before the quality control circle activity.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The effective alarm rate of the ECG monitor after the quality control circle activity was 63.77%,which was significantly higher than the 24.84%before the quality control circle activity.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activities can further improve the nurses’theoretical and operational assessment scores,strengthen the nurse’s management ability and professionalism,and improve the correct rate of nurses’setting of the ECG monitor,which can give full play to the role of the ECG monitor.It is very important to improve the quality and efficiency of work and to improve the sense of responsibility of nurses.
