中国居民消费对经济增长拉动作用的分布特征分析

Analysis of the Distribution Characteristics of the Pull Effect of Chinese Resident Consumption on Economic Growth

以需求层面的角度来看,消费是确保经济得以增长的主要拉动力量。在当前这一全新的发展局面下,国家应进一步强化居民角度所带来的经济增长拉动作用,并围绕居民消费带给经济增长的拉动作用展开分析,并探究居民消费带给经济增长拉动作用的时期性特征和地域性特征。立足于经济增长率核算方程,以时期、城乡、区域等三个主要维度,针对居民交费所带来的经济增长带动作用展开全面测算,并由此来总结出居民消费带给经济增长拉动的多元化分布性特征。在阶段性特征方面,我国改革开放早期阶段的经济增长主要依靠居民消费作为核心引导点,随后居民消费带给经济增长的推动作用逐渐下降,但在近些年消费带给经济增长的拉动作用大幅度上升。而在城乡特征方面,由于城市居民消费带给经济增长的拉动作用要远远超过农村居民消费带给经济的增长作用。而在区域特征方面,中西部地区居民的消费带给区域经济增长的拉动作用要超过东部地区。

From the perspective of demand,consumption is the main driving force to ensure economic growth.In this new development situation,the state should further strengthen the economic growth pulling role brought about by the perspective of residents,and carry out an analysis around the pulling role of residents’consumption to economic growth,at the same time,it explores the characteristics of the period and the region that the resident consumption brings to the economic growth.Based on the calculation equation of economic growth rate,this paper makes an overall calculation of the economic growth impetus brought about by residents’contributions from three major dimensions,namely,time,urban and rural areas,and regions,and then summed up the resident consumption brought to the economic growth driven by the diversification of the distribution characteristics.In terms of phased characteristics,in the early stage of China’s reform and opening-up,the economic growth mainly relied on residents’consumption as the core guiding point,and then the driving effect of residents’consumption on economic growth gradually declined,but in recent years the pull of consumption to economic growth has risen sharply.In the aspect of urban and rural characteristics,the driving effect of urban residents’consumption on economic growth far exceeds that of rural residents’consumption.In terms of regional characteristics,the consumption of Midwestern Sectional Figure Skating Championships residents is more important in driving regional economic growth than in the eastern region.
