政府补助、董事会规模对研发投入的影响--基于创业板的实证检验

The Impact of Government Subsidies and Board Size on R&D Investment--Empirical Test based on GEM

增加研发投入是提高企业创新能力的重要手段之一,如何促进企业增加研发投入已经成为重要的议题。文章将选取2015年至2019年创业板上市公司为研究样本,对政府补助和董事会规模对企业研发投入的影响进行实证分析。其结果显示,政府补助和研发投入呈现显著正相关关系,政府补助能够起到激励作用;作为调节变量,董事会规模对政府补助与研发投入的关系产生了负向的调节效果。因此本文提出相关建议:增强企业的创新意识、完善政府补助的监管机制、确定合理的董事会规模。

Increasing R&D investment is one of the important means to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.How to promote enterprises to increase R&D investment has become an important issue.This paper selects 2015 to 2019 GEM listed companies as research samples,and uses stata15.1 to analyze the impact of government subsidies and board size on Enterprise R&D investment.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between government subsidies and R&D investment,and government subsidies can play an incentive role;As a moderating variable,board size plays a negative moderating role between government subsidies and R&D investment.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions:strengthen the innovation consciousness of enterprises,improve the supervision mechanism of government subsidies,and determine a reasonable size of the board of directors.
