所谓数据经济,其本质上是在原始经济、农业经济、工业经济之后创新的全新经济形态,围绕其展开的发展和创新也势必要围绕这一理论逻辑展开。从现状来看,现阶段数字生产关系与数字生产力之间发展的不协调导致我国数字经济未来发展受到制约,特别是数字交换关系、数字生产关系、数字消费关系等核心矛盾也成为了导致数字经济发展出现问题的核心来源,因此应通过强化数字技术创新、推动数字公平分配等举措打破数据交换过程的孤岛和烟筒情况,以此来建设更具针对性的数字消费观。

The so-called data economy,in essence,is a new economic form of innovation after the original economy,agricultural economy and industrial economy.From the current situation,the development of the digital economy in our country is restricted because of the Relations of production between the Digital Economy and the digital productivity,in particular,the core contradictions of digital exchange relations,digital Relations of production and digital consumption relations have also become the core source of problems in the development of the digital economy,therefore,the isolated island and chimney of the data exchange process should be broken through measures such as strengthening digital technology innovation and promoting digital fair distribution so as to build a more targeted view of digital consumption.
