中国养老服务产业发展现状、问题及对策

The Status Quo,Problems and Solutions of the Chinese Elderly Care Service Industry

在我国当前人口老龄化、家庭生活小型化的大背景下,对老龄化业务需求的持续增加不仅考验着我国各级政府部门在规范老龄化市场中的管控能力,同时也驱动着我国的老龄化产业正在不断地进行自身改善与产业结构升级。文章中通过对当前人口与老龄化行业发展状况的剖析,总结了当前与老龄化行业在服务质量标准、社会资金引导、人才培训、政策统筹管理等领域所存在的主要问题,并克服了当前研究的系统性缺陷;因而,针对目前人口与老龄化服务领域所存在的主要问题以及产业未来发展的基本状况,给出了对当前人口与老龄化产业的发展趋势的具体意见。

With the aging of population and the trend towards smaller family unit in China,the demand for aging services is mounting.This has been a test to the management and control capability of Chinese governments at all levels and also a catalyst to the improvement and industrial structure upgrading of the industry.Through analysis of the status quo of the industry,the dissertation summarizes the major shortcomings in its quality standards,social financing direction,workforce training,policies and governance,complements the lack of systematic study in the existing research.Given to the major problems and trajectory of the industry,suggestions are provided accordingly.
