摘要
企业的人事管理分为不同的方向,良好的人事管理是维持企业正常运转的保障,而在企业内部建立更加科学且完善的薪酬体系则同样是人事管理的重要方向。如果企业缺乏有效的薪酬体系,会严重影响企业工作人员的积极性,对于企业的发展是极其不利的,故本文主要对如何建立更加合理的薪酬管理体系进行了论述。
The personnel management of an enterprise is divided into different directions.Good personnel management is the guarantee to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise,while establishing a more scientific and perfect salary system within the enterprise is also an important direction of personnel management.It will seriously affect the enthusiasm of enterprise staff and is extremely unfavorable to the development of the enterprise without an effective salary system.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses how to establish a more reasonable salary management system.
