大数据背景下高校英语教育管理体制改革研究

Research on the Reform of College English Education Management System under the Background of Big Data

大数据技术将大大缓解了中国高等教育资源配置的不平等,也增加了中国教育公共资源的外部性,将成为中国未来高等教育变革的巨大助推器。本文重点基于教育大数据时代的基本特征,并根据高等院校英语课堂变革的基本特点,对教育大数据时代的高等院校英语教育变革所面临的新环境等加以分析,并提出了具体的改革措施,以协助教育教学改革,具体可以从运用大数据分析思维,转变英语教育管理理念、完善数据平台,构建多方参与的均衡机制、引入外部力量,构建教育改革的保障机制、树立数据思维,将教育教学与信息技术深度融合等方面作出努力。

Big data technology has greatly alleviated the inequality of China's higher education resource allocation,and also increased the externality of China's education public resources,which becomes a huge booster for China's future higher education reform.Based on the basic characteristics of the era of educational big data and the basic characteristics of the reform of English classrooms in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the new environment faced by the reform of English education in colleges and universities in the era of educational big data,and proposes specific reforms measures to assist education and teaching reform.Specifically,use the big data to analyze thoughts,change English education management concepts,improve data platforms,build a balanced mechanism for multi-participation,introduce external forces,construct a guarantee mechanism for education reform,and establish the data thinking.Efforts should be made in the in-depth integration of education,teaching,and information technology.
