摘要
随着老龄化推进,患有高血压老年人比重也有所增加。本次研究为实现优化现有血压服务流程体验。使用问卷调研以及观察法对目标用户进行分析,并借助服务设计理论中“用户旅程图+服务蓝图”的逻辑搭建出适用于老年人社区血压检测的服务设计,以优化血压管理为突破口为老年人健康管理提供指导意义。
With the advancement of the aging process in China,the proportion of the elderly with hypertension has also increased.This purpose of this paper is to optimize the existing blood pressure service process experience.This paper analyzes the target users through questionnaire survey and observation.The logic of“user journey map+service blueprint”in the theory is used to build a service design suit able for elderly community blood pressure detection.The optimization of blood pressure management provides guidance for the breakthrough elderly health management.
