河南段黄河湿地水文因子对植物多样性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】通过对河南不同区段黄河干流湿地植物资源和水文因子的调查,探究影响植物多样性的关键因素。【方法】采用Kruskal-Wallis检验和主成分分析探究河南段黄河湿地植物空间分布的差异性,通过相关分析和冗余分析筛选出影响植物多样性的主要水文因子。【结果】在调查的964个小样方中,共记录188种植物;不同区段黄河湿地的物种组成存在显著差异;地表水pH值是最重要的水文因子,地下水水位、地表水总氮等水文因子也不同程度地影响湿地物种分布和物种组成。【结论】河南段黄河湿地中草本植物占绝对优势,地表水pH值是影响该湿地物种多样性的主要水文因子。 【Objective】Through the investigation of plant resources and hydrological factors of main stream of the Yellow River Wetland in Henan different sections,the key factors affecting plant diversity were explored.【Methods】Kruskal-Wallis test and principal component analysis were used to explore the differences of plants spatial distribution in the Yellow River Wetland of Henan Section.The main hydrological factors affecting the plant diversity in the Yellow River Wetland were screened out by correlation analysis and redundancy analysis.【Results】In 964 sample plots,188 species of plants were recorded.There were significant differences in species composition among different sections of the Yellow River Wetland.Surface water pH was the most important hydrological factor,and other hydrological factors such as the groundwater level and the total nitrogen of surface water also affected species distribution and composition to varying degrees.【Conclusion】Herbaceous plant were dominant in the Yellow River Wetland of Henan Section.Surface water pH was the most important hydrological that affect the diversity of species.
