双平面直肠超声和MRI检查对直肠癌病理分期的意义研究

The Significance of Biplanar Rectal Ultrasound and MRI Examination in the Pathological Staging of Rectal Cancer

目的 探讨双平面直肠超声和MRI检查对直肠癌病理分期的意义研究。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月在辽宁省大连市中心医院的80例直肠癌患者,随机分组,MRI检查组40例采用磁共振干预检测方法;双平面直肠超声组40例采用直肠超声干预检测方法,比较两组患者接受检测检查后T1、T2、T3以及T4的临床符合度。结果 双平面直肠超声组患者接受临床检查后T3、T4临床符合度人数低于MRI检查组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);双平面直肠超声组患者接受临床检查后T1、T2临床符合度人数高于MRI检查组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对直肠癌患者检测来说,采取双平面直肠超声和MRI检查联合的临床效果较好,可以有效检查出直肠癌患者直肠癌病理分期,尤其是T1、T2临床分期,故对直肠癌患者应采取联合双平面直肠超声和MRI检查。

Objective To investigate the significance of biplanar rectal ultrasound and MRI in the pathological staging of rectal cancer.Methods Eighty rectal cancer patients from March 2019 to March 2020 in Dalian Central Hospital,Liaoning Province were selected and randomly grouped.40 cases in MRI group used magnetic resonance intervention detection method;40 cases in biplanar rectal ultrasound group used rectal ultrasound intervention detection method to compare the clinical conformity of T1,T2,T3,and T4 after the two groups of patients received detection examination.Results The number of patients with clinical examination T3 and T4 in the biplanar rectal ultrasound group was lower than that in the MRI group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After receiving clinical examination,the number of T1 and T2 patients in the biplanar rectal ultrasound group was higher than that in the MRI group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For the detection of rectal cancer patients,the combination of biplanar rectal ultrasound and MRI has a good clinical effect,which can effectively detect the pathological stage of rectal cancer in patients with rectal cancer,especially the T1 and T2 clinical stage.Therefore,the combination of biplanar rectal ultrasound and MRI should be adopted for the detection of rectal cancer patients.
