完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术治疗甲状腺癌的效果

Effect of Total Endoscopic Radical Thyroidectomy on Thyroid Cancer

目的 观察完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术治疗甲状腺癌的效果。方法 随机选择104例患者,均是于2019年3月至2020年4月在我院中接受甲状腺癌治疗的患者,随机分位两组,观察组52例采用完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术治疗,对照组52例采用传统甲状腺癌根治术进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间、出血量、术后引流量、疼痛评分、生存质量评分、并发症发生率。结果 两组患者的治疗效果明显不同,观察组与对照组比较,前者的治疗效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.4546,P <0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组手术时间、住院时间更短,出血量、术后引流量更少,VAS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生存质量评分无明显不同(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生存质量评分有明显不同,观察组与对照组比较,前者生存质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率明显不同,观察组与对照组比较,前者并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.0335,P <0.05);观察组患者对治疗模式总认可率是96.15%,高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术治疗甲状腺癌的效果更显著,治疗效果更佳,手术时间、住院时间更短,出血量、术后引流量更少,疼痛程度更轻,生活质量更高,并发症发生率更低。

Objective To observe the effect of total endoscopic radical thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients were randomly selected,all is from March 2019 to April 2020 in our hospital in patients undergoing thyroid cancer treatment,randomly divided into two groups,a group for the observation group of patients with 52 cases,a fully cavity mirror under the treatment of thyroid cancer radical,the other group has a number of patients with 52 cases for control group,the traditional thyroid cancer radical treatment.Treatment effect,operation duration,length of hospital stay,blood loss,postoperative drainage flow,pain score,quality of life score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the two groups was significantly different.Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group was better,with statistical significance(χ~2=8.4546,P0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups.Compared with the control group,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was significantly different,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(χ~2=6.0335,P<0.05).The total approval rate of the treatment mode in the observation group was 96.15%,higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete endoscopic radical thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer has more significant and better therapeutic effect,shorter operation duration,shorter hospital stay,less blood loss and postoperative drainage,lower pain score,higher quality of life score and lower incidence of complications.
