Analysis of Quality Control Measures in Clinical Medical Laboratory

目的 分析临床医学检验质量控制方法,为提升临床医学检验质量提供支持。方法 我院临床医学检验科室于2022年1月开始实施新的质量控制体系,分别比较实施前与实施后临床医学检验质量管理数据,总结新质量控制体系的临床应用价值。结果比较实施新质量控制措施前后不同阶段的工作失误情况,实施后的工作失误发生率显著低于实施前,数据差异显著(P <0.05);评估护理人员检验质量管理能力,实施后的各项评分显著高于实施前(P <0.05);比较实施前后患者对临床医学检验工作的满意度情况,实施后明显高于实施前(P <0.05)。结论 在临床医学检验质量管理中,积极推广新型质量管理方法能够有效避免质量问题发生,符合未来临床实践工作要求,具有必要性。

Objective To analyze the quality control methods of clinical medical laboratory and provide support for improving the quality of clinical medical laboratory.Methods The clinical laboratory of our hospital began to implement the new quality control system in January 2022.The data of clinical laboratory quality management before and after implementation were compared,and the clinical application value of the new quality control system was summarized.Results Comparing the work errors at different stages before and after the implementation of the new quality control measures,the incidence of work errors after the implementation was significantly lower than that before the implementation,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).To evaluate the quality management ability of nurses,the scores after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The patients’ satisfaction with clinical medical examination after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical medical laboratory quality management,it is necessary to actively promote new quality management methods to effectively avoid quality problems and meet the requirements of future clinical practice.
