糖尿病护理小组用于糖尿病患者的临床应用探析

目的 研究糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2020年5月至2022年4月收治的88例糖尿病患者,使用双盲法分组,对照组44例采取常规护理方案,观察组44例在常规护理基础上组建护理小组,比较两组患者护理满意度、并发症、血糖指标与心理健康状况。结果 观察组护理满意度高于对照组,组间数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组出现糖尿病眼病、病足、感染等并发症例数少于对照组,并发症发生率组间对比后,存在统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标水平低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁负性心理症状缓解,SAS评分、SDS评分组间差异明显(P <0.05)。结论 在糖尿病患者护理中,采取护理小组干预措施对患者产生积极影响,能够提高患者护理满意度,并降低并发症发生率,有利于改善血糖指标,缓解焦虑、抑郁心理。

Objective To study the application value of diabetes nursing team in the nursing of diabetes patients.Methods Eighty-eight patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were selected and use double-blind grouping.Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing programs.Forty-four patients in the observation group was established nursing team on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing satisfaction,complications,blood glucose indicators and mental health status of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The number of complications such as diabetes eye disease,foot disease and infection in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The negative psychological symptoms of anxiety and depression in the observation group were relieved,and the SAS score and SDS score were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with diabetes,nursing team intervention measures have a positive impact on patients,which can improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing,reduce the incidence of complications,improve blood glucose indicators,and alleviate anxiety and depression.
