泌尿外科护理干预对泌尿系结石术后患者疼痛与睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention in Urology on Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients with Urinary Calculi after Operation

目的 研究对泌尿外科泌尿系结石手术患者应用护理干预对于术后疼痛和睡眠质量带来的影响。方法 于我院泌尿外科接受手术治疗的泌尿系结石患者中随机抽取78例,分为对照组(39例,常规护理)和观察组(39例,整体护理),对比两组实施效果。结果观察组VAS(1.18±0.46)分,PSQI(2.19±0.65)分,显著低于对照组[VAS(3.15±0.90)分,PSQI(5.10±1.26)分](P <0.05)。观察组SAS(41.72±3.91)分,SDS(40.26±3.51)分,显著低于对照组[SAS(52.30±3.75)分,SDS(50.39±3.63)分](P <0.05)。观察组未出现输尿管穿孔、尿路感染、血尿,较对照组[输尿管穿孔1例(2.56%),尿路感染3例(7.69%),血尿2例(5.13%),合计6例(15.38%)]显著减少(P <0.05)。观察组满意度(97.44%)高于对照组(76.92%)(P <0.05)。结论 对泌尿外科接受泌尿结石手术的患者应用整体性护理干预更有利于减轻患者疼痛感,提高其睡眠质量,从而改善不良情绪,对于预防并发症有正面影响,有效提高患者的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain and sleep quality in patients undergoing urolithiasis surgery.Methods Seventy-eight patients with urinary calculi who received surgical treatment in the department of urology in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group(39 cases,routine nursing) and the observation group(39 cases,holistic nursing).The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of VAS(1.18±0.46) and PSQI(2.19±0.65) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(3.15±0.90) and PSQI(5.10±1.26)(P<0.05).SAS(41.72±3.91) points and SDS(40.26±3.51) points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [SAS(52.30±3.75) points and SDS(50.39±3.63) points](P<0.05).There was no ureteral perforation,urinary tract infection,hematuria in the observation group,which was significantly less than that in the control group [1 case of ureteral perforation(2.56%),3 cases of urinary tract infection(7.69%),2 cases of hematuria(5.13%),a total of 6 cases(15.38%)](P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(97.44%) was higher than that of the control group(76.92%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing intervention to patients undergoing urolithiasis surgery in urology department is more conducive to reducing the pain of patients,improving their sleep quality,thus improving their bad mood,having a positive impact on the prevention of complications,and effectively improving the satisfaction of patients.
