儿童重症肺炎机械通气护理中实施常规护理及俯卧位护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Routine Nursing and Prone Position Nursing in Mechanical Ventilation Nursing of Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的 观察比较实施常规护理及俯卧位护理两种护理方法对儿童重症肺炎机械通气护理中的临床效果。方法 搜集我院2020年3月至2022年3月期间的儿童肺炎病例共有2 670例,发现重症肺炎有20例,将这20例重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有10例,两组的常规护理相同,均依照重症肺炎通气护理进行实施,观察组采用俯卧位护理的方式治疗儿童重症肺炎的机械通气护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果 观察组患儿吸入的氧浓度、二氧化碳分压的水平相较于对照组均显示较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);并且观察组的氧分压水平要略较对照组高,差异显示无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组疗效与对照组比较显示更高,差异具有统计学表达意义(P <0.05),最终显示患儿观察组的肺炎机械通气护理的通气时间较对照组相对照来说所用时间更短,差异具有明显的统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 俯卧位护理在儿科病房重症肺炎患儿护理中具有重要意义,此种临床疗效比只采用常规护理的临床疗效明显,在临床血气相关分析指标中显示较好,能够较好的显示机械通气时间,值得临床医师的广为推广使用。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effects of routine nursing and prone position nursing on mechanical ventilation of children with severe pneumonia.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,2 670 cases of children’s pneumonia in our hospital were collected,and 20 cases of severe pneumonia were found.These 20 cases of severe pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 10 cases in each group.The routine nursing of the two groups was the same,and they were all carried out according to the ventilation nursing of severe pneumonia.The observation group was treated with mechanical ventilation nursing in prone position,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.Results Compared with the control group,the oxygen concentration and carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),and the curative effect of the observation group is higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Finally,it shows that the ventilation time of mechanical ventilation nursing for children in the observation group is shorter than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prone position nursing is of great significance in the nursing of children with severe pneumonia in pediatric ward.This clinical effect is more obvious than that of routine nursing,and it shows better in clinical blood gas correlation analysis indexes,and can better show the mechanical ventilation time.It is worthy of being widely used by clinicians.
