高校附属医院基层党组织融入社区“微治理”模式刍议——以广州市荔湾区Q社区调研为例

On the mode of“micro-governance”of grass-roots party organizations in university affiliated hospitals——taking the survey of q community in Guangzhou Liwan district as an example

社会治理时代下的社区“微治理”是城市管理的可靠路径,但针对社区医疗健康服务“微治理”的相关研究较少。高校附属医院基层党支部通过融入社区“大党委”,发挥医疗特色优势,从“党建+”与“微网格”“微平台”、“微队伍”“微服务”的“四微”建设为抓手,充分发挥高校附属医院的品牌、管理、技术优势,结合医疗专业特色及健康服务能力,逐步将党建的政治优势转化为业务开展优势,是基层党组织创新党建模式的有益尝试。

Community“micro-governance”in the era of social governance is a reliable path for urban management,but there are few related studies on“micro-governance”of community medical and health services.The grass-roots party branch of the affiliated hospital of the university gives full play to the advantages of medical characteristics by integrating into the“Grand Party Committee”of the community.Party building is the starting point,give full play to the brand,management,and technical advantages of the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities,and gradually transform the political advantages of party building into business development advantages in combination with medical professional characteristics and health service capabilities.This way is a beneficial attempt for grassroots party organizations to innovate party building models.
