医院伦理委员会质量评估探究与思考

Research and consideration on quality evaluation of hospital ethics committee

随着全球生物医学研究快速发展,越来越多的临床研究在国内医院开展,对医院伦理审查工作提出更高要求,伦理委员会质量评估工作也受到越来越多的广泛关注。目前国内受到广泛认可或权威认证的医院伦理委员会质量评估工具还很缺乏,且相关研究进展缓慢。文章通过分析4个国际上常用的伦理委员会质量评估工具,结合国内的政策法规和工作实践,提出应加快医院伦理委员会质量评估法规落实、加强医院内伦理委员会监管、促进医院伦理委员会质量评估、完善医院伦理委员会委员遴选和培训工作四个方面对策,并给出了医院的初步探索和工作框架,以期为我国未来医院伦理委员会质量评估进一步研究提供参考,为医院伦理委员会的高质量发展提供理论支持。

With the rapid development of global biomedical research,more and more clinical research is carried out in domestic hospitals,which puts forward higher requirements for hospital ethical review.The quality evaluation of ethics committee also attracts more and more attention.At present,there is still a lack of widely recognized or authoritatively certified quality assessment tools for hospital ethics committee in China,and related research progress is slow.This paper mainly analyzes four internationally frequently-used quality assessment tools of ethics committee.And based on relevant regulations and practice,this paper proposes to accelerate the regulation implementation of quality evaluation of hospital ethics committee,strengthen the supervision of ethics committee in the hospital,promote the quality evaluation of hospital ethics committee,and improve the selection and training of hospital ethics committee members,and the preliminary exploration and framework of our hospital are given,so as to provide reference for further research on the quality evaluation of hospital ethics committee in the future and provide theoretical support for the high-quality development of hospital ethics committee.
