摘要
目的了解按疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)付费制度在我国的研究现状,分析DRG付费制度对三级公立医院绩效考核的影响,为提升医院绩效评价管理水平,实现医院高质量发展提供参考。方法对2011—2020年DRG文献的时间趋势、来源机构、关键词等进行文献计量分析,并归纳DRG付费制度对医院绩效考核的积极影响和不利影响。结果近五年DRG文献快速增多,主要来源机构为医疗机构,最高频关键词是“绩效评价”。DRG付费制度对医疗质量、满意度评价、持续发展、运营效率等医院绩效考核要素的积极影响均大于不利影响。结论医院应充分利用DRG付费制度对绩效考核带来的积极影响,主动应对不利影响带来的阻力,从而提升绩效评价整体水平,助力医院高质量发展。
Objective To understand the research status of disease diagnosis related grouping(DRG)payment system in China,and to analyze the impact of DRG payment system on the performance evaluation of tertiary public hospitals,so as to provide reference for improving the management level of hospital performance evaluation and achieving high-quality development of hospitals.Methods This paper makes a bibliometric analysis on the time trend,source institutions and key words of DRG literature from 2011 to 2020,and summarizes the positive and negative effects of DRG payment system on hospital performance evaluation.Results In the past five years,DRG literature has increased rapidly,the main source is medical institutions,and the most system on medical quality,satisfaction evaluation,sustainable development,operational efficiency high-frequency key word is“performance appraisal”.The positive impact of DRG payment and other factors of hospital performance evaluation are greater than negative effects.Conclusion Hospitals should make full use of the positive impact of DRG payment system on performance evaluation and take the initiative to deal with the resistance caused by adverse effects,so as to improve the overall level of performance evaluation and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
