新时代上海市公立医院“三型”人才评价指标体系的构建 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索构建新时代上海市公立医院临床型、研究型、管理型“三型”人才评价指标体系。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对上海市公立医院一线职工进行问卷调查,结合政策研读、文献阅读总结上海市公立医院人才工作现状。运用德尔菲专家咨询和主成分分析法筛选指标,确立指标权重,最终形成上海市公立医院临床型、研究型、管理型“三型”人才评价指标体系。结果1476名被调查者参与问卷调查,15名专家参与两轮德尔菲咨询,专家权威系数0.89,指标总体协调(P<0.05),“三型”人才评价指标体系可靠性系数(Cronbach Alpha)>0.80。经过指标筛选和权重计算,最终形成由3个一级指标及17、18、19项二级指标构成的新时代上海市公立医院临床型、研究型、管理型“三型”人才评价指标体系。结论“三型”人才评价指标体系的构建有利于创新驱动新时代上海市公立医院人才工作模式,具有较高的指导性、科学性、合理性、可行性以及较强的实践意义。 Objective To explore the construction of the evaluation index system of clinical,research and management talents in Shanghai public hospitals in the new era.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of front-line staff in Shanghai public hospitals,and the current situation of talent work in Shanghai public hospitals was summarized based on policy research and literature reading.Delphi expert consultation and principal component analysis were used to select indicators,and the indicator weight was determined.Finally,the“three types”talent evaluation indicator system of clinicians,researchers and administrators in Shanghai public hospitals was formed.Results 1476 respondents participated in the questionnaire survey and 15 experts participated in two rounds of Delphi consultation.The expert authority coefficient was 0.89,and the indicators were generally coordinated(P<0.05).The reliability coefficients(Cronbach Alpha)of the“three types”talent evaluation index system were all>0.80.After index screening and weight calculation,the“three type”talent evaluation index system of Shanghai public hospitals in the new era,which is composed of three first level indicators and 17,18 and 19 second level indicators,is finally formed.Conclusion The construction of the“three types”talent evaluation index system is conducive to innovation and driving the talent work mode of Shanghai public hospitals in the new era,and has a high guiding,scientific,rational,feasible and strong practical significance.
