随着我国社会经济水平的不断提升,饲料行业的标准也在逐步提高,如何培养更加符合社会发展的饲料行业创新型人才是现阶段的问题焦点。文章从饲料管理专业所需人才现状、饲料管理专业创新人才培养机制困境两方面指出应培养饲料管理专业人才的需求趋势,对饲料行业管理专业创新人才的培养机制提出可行性办法。

With the continuous improvement of social and economic level in country,the standards for the feed industry are gradually improved.How to cultivate innovative talents in the feed industry that is more in line with social development is the focus of the current stage.This paper points out the trend of the demand for cultivating feed management professionals from the two aspects of the current situation of the talents required by the feed management major and the dilemma of the training mechanism of innovative talents in the feed management major,and proposes a feasible method for the training mechanism of the innovative talents in the feed industry management major.
