电子雷管装配生产线人机协同作业场景的搭建 被引量:1

摘要 根据民爆行业发展规划及安全生产需求,电子雷管的需求量逐年攀升,西安庆华民用爆破器材股份有限公司为满足市场快速发展的需求,加快电子雷管产品及工艺装备的研发步伐,结合该公司工艺技术特点及智能化路线,开展了电子雷管装配生产线智能化改造工作,采用二维码技术、RFID技术、计算机网络等技术,搭建了电子雷管制造全流程人机协同作业场景,将信息技术与生产制造进行全过程、全要素深度融合,实现了电子雷管制造过程的少人化、无人化和智能化生产,减少了生产线操作人员数量,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率(较电子雷管手工线减少100人以上,人均产出提升7倍以上),大大提高了电子雷管生产线本质安全性和生产工艺智能化水平。 According to the development planning of the civil explosive industry and the demand for safety production,the demand for electronic detonators has been increasing year by year.In order to meet the demand of the rapid development of the market,Xi’an Qinghua Commercial Explosives Co.,Ltd.has accelerated the pace of research and development of electronic detonators and process equipment,combined with the characteristics of the company’s process technology and the intelligent route,carried out the intelligent transformation of the electronic detonator assembly line,and adopted two-dimensional code technology,RFID technology,computer network and other technologies,set up a human-computer cooperative operation scenario in the whole process of electronic detonator manufacturing,deeply integrated information technology and production manufacturing in the whole process and all elements,which realized the less human,unmanned and intelligent production in the electronic detonator manufacturing process.It reduced the number of operators in the production line,reduced the labor intensity,and improved the production efficiency(compared with the electronic detonator manual line,more than 100 people were reduced,and the per capita output was increased by more than 7 times),which greatly improved the intrinsic safety of the electronic detonator production line and the intelligent level of the production process.
